Thank god for these people I dont know why anyone goes anywhere else. These folks are the most patient and capable people I have ever dealt with. You will NEVER catch me at any other Verizon store.

Best wireless experience I have ever had I'm not sure who the people writing the negative comments below dealt with, but my experience with the wireless warehouse, first at their Dupont location and then at their Bethesda location, was fantastic. I went their to buy a droid- after hearing rave reviews about the phone. Turns out, in my opinion, the droid wasn't all it had been cracked up to be so I went back to swap it for a different phone. Nelda, the general manager, brought out a few phones that she thought would be a good fit for me. After explaining the various features of each we came to a conclusion on a phone. She made sure to let me know that if I had any other questions to give her a call directly. All in all, a great experience!

Friendly & Helpful I was having a problem with a cell phone that I had purchased elsewhere and a friend recomended this place to me so I went to see if they could help. They were wonderful! I was able to get a new phone that worked better than the one I had before. I'm glad I went there.
