411 Search®
411 Search is directory assistance with automatic call completion. An operator will assist you when you request phone numbers, addresses and information for anything from restaurants and movies to the nearest florist. Simply dial 411 and SEND from your phone. $1.99 per call plus airtime.
Rates and features may vary when your phone’s banner displays “Extended Network” or “Roaming”.
Basic Voice Mail
Voice Mail is a calling feature, which takes a caller’s message when you can't answer the phone. A message-waiting indicator will let you know when a message has been left.
Basic Voice Mail includes:

Voice Mailboxes not initialized within 60 days (45 days in some markets) of feature activation will be canceled.
Call Forwarding
When the call forwarding feature is turned on, all calls to your wireless phone will be forwarded to another phone number, including your home or office number. Your wireless phone will not ring until you turn off the service. Airtime applies to all forwarded/transferred calls. Toll, long distance and additional charges may apply, depending on the number to which the calls are forwarded.
Call Waiting
Call waiting is a feature that alerts you to an incoming call while you're on another call. You will hear a short tone and have approximately 30 seconds to answer before the second caller hears a standard message or is forwarded to your Voice Mailbox. If you answer the call, airtime will apply to both calls.
Caller ID/Caller ID Blocking
Caller ID is a feature that allows you to see the caller's phone number before you take the call. Caller ID may display the number of the person calling on your wireless phone (for all unblocked numbers). It may also display the name of the person if you’ve stored it in your phone’s memory.
Caller ID is not available on all calls, on all equipment or in all areas.
Friends & Family®
Friends & Family is included with certain plans and allows you to pick a set number of telephone numbers, on any network, and talk without using your plan minutes. Plus, share your Friends & Family numbers with everyone on qualifying plans on your account. You can get unlimited calling to and from:

No Answer / Busy Transfer
When turned on, the No Answer/Busy Transfer feature automatically transfers an incoming call to another phone whenever your wireless phone is busy or remains unanswered after three to six rings. With this option, your phone will ring unless you're on the phone. Airtime applies. Toll, long distance and additional charges apply to calls transferred outside your local calling area.
Text Messaging
Fun, easy way to stay in touch. Send and receive text messages of up to 160 characters. $0.20 for messages received and $0.20 (per recipient) for messages sent. Bundle plans also available.
Picture/Video Messaging
It's fun & easy to share life's most memorable moments with your friends and family. Send and receive picture messages to other Verizon Wireless camera phone customers or virtually any email address. $0.25 for sent (per recipient) and received picture/video messages. Bundle plans also available.
